Refund and Cancellation Policy for Trusted CLEs

At Trusted CLEs, Inc. (“Trusted CLEs,” “we,” “us”), we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality Continuing Legal Education (CLE) content and a positive user experience. This policy outlines the terms for refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our subscription and individual course purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may contact us within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date to request a full refund or a product exchange of equal value. For subscription purchases, refunds will be prorated based on usage up to the cancellation date. 

2. Eligibility and Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange under our satisfaction guarantee, you must submit your request to our support team within 30 days of your purchase date. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days. 

Refunds may only be granted provided that the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits associated with the applicable course have not yet been claimed or reported to the relevant Bar. Once any credits have been reported, the transaction shall be deemed final and non-refundable, and no exceptions will be made. 

3. Anti-Abuse Clause and Policy Limitations

Our satisfaction guarantee is intended to provide our customers with a risk-free opportunity to experience the quality of our Service. It is not intended to be a means of obtaining free CLE credit. 

Trusted CLEs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny a refund request and/or to suspend or terminate your account and restrict all future use of our Services if we believe you are abusing our refund policy. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to: 

  • Completing an excessive number of courses or earning a significant amount of CLE credit before requesting a refund. 
  • A pattern of purchasing and repeatedly requesting refunds for multiple products.
  • Requesting a refund after a certificate of completion has been submitted to a state bar or regulatory agency. 

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our CLE programs and to prevent fraud, ensuring we can continue to offer high-quality educational content to all our customers.

4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To request a refund or exchange, please email our customer support team at payments@trustedcles.com. Please include your full name, the email address associated with your account, and your order number or purchase details.

5. Live Webcast and Event Cancellation Policy

  • Event Postponement or Rescheduling: If a live webcast or event is postponed or rescheduled, all registered attendees will be notified via email. You will have the option to attend the event at its new date and time or request a credit of equal value toward a different course in our catalog.
  • Event Cancellation: If a live webcast or event is canceled by Trusted CLEs for any reason, all registered attendees will receive a full refund of the tuition paid for that specific event.
